About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and result-driven individual to support our technical sales operations in the Swedish market.

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will drive customer success throughout the sales cycle, from identifying needs to implementing effective solutions. Your primary objective will be to promote advanced insulation solutions, such as PIR (Polyisocyanurate), to meet customer needs.

You will engage early with various stakeholders, including contractors, roofers, cladding specialists, specifiers, designers, and engineers, to collaboratively develop solutions alongside the sales team.

  • Identify, develop, and manage projects in the Stockholm area, ensuring the specification and sales of PIR insulation products.
  • Provide technical support to the Swedish sales team, including presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and sales representatives.
  • Offer technical advocacy by participating in relevant business committees and influencing decision-makers.
  • Deliver training and guidance to both internal teams and external clients, including sales teams, specifiers, and regulatory authorities.

A strong commercial mindset and a background in the construction industry are required for this role.
