Job Description:

We seek an ambitious and driven individual to join our expanding team as a Norwegian-speaking Sales & Business Developer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding Mynt into the Norwegian market, collaborating closely with our expansion team.

Your key responsibilities include developing our business by interacting with CEOs/CFOs, supporting the launch and expansion of Mynt in Norway. You will complete the entire business development cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal creation and contract negotiation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Activity: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings in the Norwegian market.
  • Active Pipeline: Represent Mynt as an ambassador in the Norwegian market, taking ownership of relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • New Recurring Revenue: Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level executives and conduct a well-defined, consultative sales process.

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience, specifically within the Norwegian market.
  • Strong customer orientation and successful negotiation skills.
  • Experience from a startup environment and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly effective and professional communication skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
