Rollen

Vi söker en erfaren och driven Indoor Center Manager som kan leda och motivera våra medarbetare. Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att skapa en positiv och effektiv arbetsmiljö, där alla medarbetare känner sig motiverade och engagerade.

Uppdraget

Indoor Center Manager är en nyckelroll inom vår organisation. Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att:

  • Service: Hjälpa kunderna under sin bokning och säkerställa att de har en positiv upplevelse.
  • Försäljning: Sälja fler bokade golftimmar, presentera och sälja medlemskap, sälja företagsevent och paket, merförsäljning i form av café och shop.
  • Drift & teknik: Säkerställ att anläggningen fungerar och att all teknisk utrustning är i gott skick.
  • Administration: Sköta och administrera bokningsschemat, schemalägga bemanning, svara på lokala kundservice frågor och uppdatera information på webbplatsen.
  • Personal: Skapa arbetsrutiner och utbilda personalen, rekrytera personal vid behov och säkerställa att alla medarbetare har de rätta verktygen för att utföra sina uppgifter.

Krav

För att lyckas i rollen som Indoor Center Manager krävs:

  • Erfarenhet från servicearbete och ledarskap.
  • Stort engagemang och inre driv med sinne för affärer.
  • Naturlig ledare med förmåga att motivera och engagera medarbetare.
  • Ansvarsfull, serviceinriktad, lösningsfokuserad och har god administrativ förmåga.
  • B-körkort.
  • Erfarenhet av säljarbete eller säljuppdrag.
  • Erfarenhet kring Trackman och dess teknik.
