AWS Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Facility Manager to join our team at Amazon Data Services Sweden AB. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for the engineering operations and maintenance of our data centers, ensuring 100% availability of mechanical and electrical services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the build out of facility-specific infrastructure in existing locations.
- Manage a team of engineers responsible for the onsite management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct financial analysis and contribute to financial decisions.
- Develop and manage teams of engineers, providing technical and leadership expertise.
- Negotiate and roll out contracts, define and audit SLAs.
- Conduct project management for multiple sites.
- Draw from a deep understanding of the business to make informed decisions.
- Use business knowledge to set priorities and develop project plans.
- Work with IT managers and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Operate and manage routine and emergency services on critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment.

Basic Qualifications- Degree in engineering or technical field or equivalent.
- Data Center Engineering Management and People Management experience.
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience managing large-scale services.
- 3+ years of experience building strong, successful technical teams.
- Very good command of English.
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline or equivalent training.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience managing large-scale services.
- 5+ years of experience building strong, successful technical teams.
