Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Engineer HV/MV to join our team in Vårgårda, Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for our high voltage and medium voltage electrical safety solutions. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for HV/MV solutions and products.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Meet Sales and Financial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Represent Autoliv at trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide market insights to refine product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A robust understanding of how businesses operate, including financial management and customer relationship management.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with global markets, cross-functional collaboration, and engaging with high-profile clients or stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect technical expertise with customer needs.
  • Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and awareness.
  • Capacity to evolve in a cross-functional team.
  • Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel globally to drive business growth.
