Strategic Business Excellence Manager

As a key member of the Acute Care Therapies business excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence and product upgrades. This exciting opportunity requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic priorities.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including the ACT Management Team, to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely project execution. Key responsibilities include managing comprehensive reports, producing detailed summaries, organizing governance meetings, monitoring project progress, and liaising with various stakeholders.
This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the organization's growth and development. You will be responsible for supporting the ACT Program Office Lead in managing scope and dependencies, as well as providing ad-hoc analytical support. If you are a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a Master's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering, or similar. Relevant experience in Project/Program management from an international and multi-cultural business environment is essential. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of German and/or Swedish is an added plus.
