The Perfect Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Group CEO.
  • Manage complex tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Handle email and correspondence on behalf of the Group CEO.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and projects to ensure completion.
