The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with C-level executives within targeted markets and sectors;
  2. Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and closing process, serving as the single point of contact;
  3. Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities;
  4. Ensure that customers' orders are fulfilled with the right talent;
  5. Forecast business and manage the gap between forecast and target;
  6. Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability;
  7. Maintain high visibility and communication with customers to ensure exceptional customer service;
  8. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in the sales of IT staffing / body leasing services;
  2. 4+ years of progressive experience in sales, consulting, and/or resources, with relevant expertise through consulting engagements focused on finance, banking, or governance;
  3. Fluency (C1/C2) in any Scandinavian Language and English;
  4. Proven track record in achieving annual sales of at least $2MM;
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to recognize opportunities for improvement;
  6. Demonstrated ability to close deals ranging in size from $250K to $5M+
  7. Proficiency managing all sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and account activity in CRM;
  8. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs;
  9. Ability to travel within Scandinavia/Baltics as required.
