Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Development Manager to join our team in Scandinavia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Estonia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the T&D market
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal resources to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  3. Profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid markets
  4. Strong network of contacts within the T&D industry
  5. Ability to travel as required
