About the Role
This diverse role within the Department of Management and Organization offers a unique opportunity to be involved in various aspects of our organization. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
This position emphasizes the importance of top-quality administration behind the scenes in a highly dynamic academic environment. While you will be working at DMO, you will belong to the Education Office together with a team of Department administrators.
Main Responsibilities- Course administration, including scheduling, planning exams, and reporting grades.
- Providing support and information to faculty and students.
- Supporting department heads and staff with administrative tasks.
- Maintaining department databases and filing systems.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within higher education.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- Good computer skills, particularly with office programs.
This is a substitute employment, full-time position located in Stockholm. There is a good chance it might turn into a permanent position further on. Preferred starting date as soon as possible.
