About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at One Group AB. As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our senior paid media specialists and working mainly with Meta, Google, and YouTube ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the creative team with the creation of ad creative templates (stills and videos) for Meta, Google, and YouTube platforms.
  • Coordinate the content production and localization of ad copy in multiple languages with the content team.
  • Produce ad creatives (stills and videos) in multiple languages based on templates.
  • Set up and manage paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with online marketing, performance marketing, PPC, and SEM best practices as well as industry and competitor research.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience related to online marketing or social media advertising, including tasks such as:
  • Coordinating the creation of ad creative templates and ad copies with the creative and content team.
  • Producing ad creatives (stills/videos) in multiple languages based on templates.
  • Setting up campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Degree in Digital marketing, Business administration, Communication, E-commerce, or other relevant fields.
  • Fluent in English, Swedish, or Danish and proficient in at least one additional language: English/Swedish/Danish, German, French, or Portuguese.
  • Basic experience with Meta and YouTube ads.
  • Likely numbers/Excel and have a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong written, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Persistent and positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive and spirit as well as eagerness to learn and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience from the SaaS, gaming, or any other subscription service industry.
  • Experience with Google ads, Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, DV360, TikTok, Snapchat, podcasts.
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Premiere.
  • Relevant online marketing certifications such as Google ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.
Practical Details:
  • Full-time position.
  • Based at the HQ in Malmö.
