Role Overview

Sales Representative Neurovascular is a pivotal role at TN Sweden, responsible for promoting and selling our world-class Neurovascular product portfolio in the Swedish territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, preferably within neurointerventional radiology and/or medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Familiarize yourself with the NV product portfolio through comprehensive training and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
  2. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to build and monitor a tailored sales plan for the assigned territory, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, prospecting new customers/users for Stryker NV products, negotiating agreements, and maintaining market trend knowledge.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor and partner for physicians, labs, and medical staff, providing in-theatre support and conducting interventions when required.
  5. Ensure seamless sales revenue by coordinating with various departments, managing product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, etc.
  6. Represent TN Sweden at trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to establish new connections and expand knowledge for customer engagement.
Requirements
  1. Proven sales experience, ideally within (neuro) interventional radiology and/or medical devices.
  2. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish languages.
  3. Degree in related fields such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, etc.
  4. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as needed for position and product line support.
  5. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
