Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device User Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at Getinge. As a critical care UX engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our medical devices, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, safety, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, observations, and usability testing, to identify user needs.
  • Design the user experience with our common design system as a solid foundation.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to define user interface requirements and design specifications.
  • Execute usability testing, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve the user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in usability engineering and human factors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
