Sales Director

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for mobile cranes in Finland, driving business growth and market expansion.
• Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the RD team to innovate and develop new products, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.
• Organize marketing events to promote the brand and increase product awareness, leveraging the company's expertise in the field.
• Collect and analyze market data to inform sales and marketing decisions, staying ahead of the competition.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in crane sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays, and a valid driving license.
