Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the RD team to innovate and develop new products that meet customer needs.
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Organize marketing events to promote the brand and increase product awareness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in crane sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • High-level technical and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays.
