Management Events is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by owning the entire B2B sales cycle, expanding accounts in the DACH markets, and benefiting from an attractive commission structure.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Proactively engage prospective clients through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Assess client needs and alignment with our value proposition to prioritize opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and tailor solutions.
  • Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and providing value.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and optimize performance.
  • Continuously expand industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and client needs.

About You:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales or a strong sales background in a B2C environment.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German with fluency in English.
