
Global Sales Operations Strategist

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Controller to join our Global Sales Operations and Business Process Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the team's efforts in reaching operational and financial goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance management of each sub-department, ensuring data points, availability of reports, and analysis.
- Driving capacity efficiency and cost management analysis, advice, and execution with departments.
- Conducting monthly performance business reviews within the Global Sales Operations, Business Process Technology teams.
- Preparing and distributing required financial and management reports, including analysis and follow-up on actual results versus targets and prior periods.
- Developing annual and rolling forecasts, targets, ad hoc business plans, and leading instructions and guidance for local entities to ensure process compliance.
- Maintaining efficient functioning, identifying needs, developing financial and controlling processes, and systems that support day-to-day execution.
- Interpreting, implementing, and developing financial operating policies and providing/supporting/guiding audits of commercial processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
About You:
We are looking for a university degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent knowledge gained from work. The ideal candidate has proven experience in building, developing, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing professional controlling and/or operational teams. Knowledge in SAP and its processes, understanding data management, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience working in a matrix environment are must-haves. An analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, ability to deep dive, and investigate relation of data points are essential.
