Våra hotellbolag finns i Spanien, Grekland och på Cypern samt ett antal stödfunktioner på vårt huvudkontor i Stockholm. Du kommer att arbeta i ett litet team tillsammans med din närmsta chef, Finance Business Partner för Resorts & Hotels.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
- Koordinering mellan hotellbolagen och Group Finance
- Koordinering av Resorts & Hotels stödfunktioner på huvudkontoret
- Medverka och bidra i budgetering och prognostisering för Resorts & Hotels
- Avvikelseanalys av finansiell rapportering, budget och prognos
- Internkontroll och säkerställande av regler och processer
- Ansvarig för Resorts & Hotels finansfunktions Sharepoint
- Framtagande av data och analys för olika beslutsunderlag
- Driva utveckling och effektivisering av interna processer
Din profil
Vi ser att du har några års erfarenhet av en liknande ekonomiroll med rapportering och analys inom besöksnäringen. Meriterande är erfarenhet från destinations/resorthotell med insikt i vår verksamhet och vi värdesätter en hög kunskap i styrning av food & beverage samt gärna internationell erfarenhet. Vi vill också att du har erfarenhet av redovisning och har en grundläggande kunskap inom området. Du har även goda systemkunskaper i Microsoft Power BI och Power Automate samt gärna Microsoft NAV och Cognos/TM1. Du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi eller liknande samt talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat.
