About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Actions Specialist to join our Global Custody team in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, protecting their interests, and maintaining the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Corporate Actions on the global market, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  2. Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to develop and improve our Corporate Action offering.
  3. Contribute to the development of new processes and digitization projects in the Corporate Actions area.
  4. Provide exceptional customer and stakeholder service, resolving everyday issues and concerns.
  5. Maintain regular contact with SEB's Custodian banks in various markets.
Requirements
  1. Drive for improving processes and experience working with Corporate Actions or Securities.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Flexibility and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  5. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Continuous learner, with a curiosity for new ideas and processes.
