About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate Control team as a Controller to Corporate Control. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with various business areas to provide the management with insights on business performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term planning processes, quarterly reporting, and tailored financial analysis for key stakeholders and management.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct adaptable financial analysis to address global scenarios and provide actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Lead various projects related to the CFO agenda, including controller forums, seasonal preparations, and reporting.
  • Target Setting: Establish targets for the business and engage in strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with the Corporate Strategy team.
  • Presentation Development: Create and develop presentations for the management and board.
About the Team

The Corporate Control team is a part of the CFO organization and collaborates closely with business areas and other corporate functions across If. As a team member, you will be part of a highly skilled and talented group of controllers with various backgrounds and experience.

Requirements
  • Relevant Academic Background: Hold a relevant academic degree.
  • Management Consulting Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a management consultant.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in project management and structured problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish.
