About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at Hammer & Hanborg AB. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's internal and external communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft compelling messages and narratives that resonate with key stakeholders
  • Design and deliver engaging content across various channels, including internal communications, social media, and external publications
  • Support change management initiatives by developing and implementing communications plans that drive behavior change and cultural transformation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and media representatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and apply this knowledge to drive business results
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies that drive business results
  • Strong knowledge of industry tools and channels, including social media and content management systems
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
