We're looking for a talented accounting professional to join our team as Head of Accounting. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our Swedish accounting operations, managing group accounting, and overseeing monthly and yearly closings.

Your expertise in IFRS and group accounting will be essential in streamlining our accounting processes and maintaining compliance with international standards. You'll work closely with our finance team to optimize existing tools and workflows, automate processes, and drive efficiency and scalability.

Beyond technical skills, we're looking for a proactive leader who can take ownership of our financial framework and contribute to our company's growth and success. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a dynamic setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Swedish accounting operations
  • Leading group accounting and ensuring timely closings
  • Streamlining accounting processes and maintaining compliance with IFRS
  • Optimizing existing tools and workflows
  • Automating processes to drive efficiency and scalability

Requirements:

  • Relevant educational background in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a lead accounting role managing a team
  • Experience working with IFRS and group accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounts payable
  • Service-minded, solution-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
