Uppdraget
  • Utveckla affären och skapa ett attraktivt sortimentserbjudande för våra kunder.
  • Ansvara för sortimentsutvecklingen för El & Belysning-kategorin.
  • Skapa och säkerställa planer på kort- och lång sikt som driver och utvecklar erbjudande och sortiment enligt Julas mål och strategier.
  • Bidra till att stödja Julas utveckling av hållbart medarbetarskap.
Primära arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
  • Ansvara för att kategorin är attraktiv ur ett konsumentperspektiv och kravställer internt för att nå önskad vision och mål.
  • Ansvara för kategorins strategiska sortimentsutveckling och strategi.
  • Säkerställa ett kommersiellt sortiment utifrån nyhetsvärde, nya storsäljare och nya sortiment.
  • Säkerställa ett lönsamt, effektivt och optimerat sortiment noga utvalt för alla marknader.
  • Ansvara för lokala marknadsbehov inom kategorin.
  • Ansvara för att sortimentsutvecklingsuppdragen är specificerade och säkerställer överlämning till Purchasing Department.
  • Besluta när artiklar ska fasas ut och kravställa när nya artiklar ska lanseras.
  • Ansvara för kategorins produktkategorisering.
  • Ansvara för försäljningsplanering, följa upp och säkerställa försäljningsprognos.
  • Ansvara för kampanjplanering.
  • Ansvara för proaktiva analyser och säkerställa aktiviteter vid avvikelser avseende försäljning, lönsamhet, lager och sortiment.
  • Ansvara för månadsrapport.
  • Säkerställa Julas prisposition inom sin kategori för samtliga marknader.
  • Ansvara för lagervärde och antal i lager enligt målsättningar.
  • Ansvara för konkurrensbevakning i nära samverkan med varje försäljningsmarknad.
  • Analysera och förstå hur marknaden utvecklar sig och kundernas behov.
Om dig

Vi söker en erfaren Category Manager som har flerårig erfarenhet inom inköp, gärna från en liknande roll inom ett internationellt bolag. Du har arbetat med sortimentsutveckling, förhandling, sourcing och prissättning. Erfarenhet från DIY och retail är meriterande, liksom högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi/marknadsföring. Du behärskar engelska mycket väl i tal och skrift. Du har goda kunskaper i Office-program samt erfarenhet av affärssystem och uppföljningssystem.
