About the Role

Zinzino, a global direct sales company from Scandinavia, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic team. As a pioneer in test-based, personalized nutrition and scientific skincare, the company is growing and needs to strengthen its organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the food or nutrition industry and a proven commercial mindset. Key responsibilities include driving the successful execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and overseeing sourcing, quality, and compliance functions to meet industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned product category, from concept to development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Responsible for external monitoring to initiate improvements and development.
  • Act as internal ambassador for the products within the area and participate in events and meetings to educate and inspire.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects within the Product Department, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Oversee the sourcing of ingredients, materials, and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and sustainability.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, including food safety, labeling, and quality management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain/logistics, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, business management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager in the food, nutrition, or FMCG industry is required, as well as experience in managing sourcing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance processes. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems is essential.

The successful candidate will be a sales-minded, social, open, communicative, and ambitious team player with a strong commercial acumen and focus on delivering business value. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
