Driving Business Results Through People Management

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business by driving HR and people management related tasks within the business in Sweden, particularly in the unit Premium & Private Banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively implement group common HR processes within culture, leadership, compensation, and people management.
  • Enable the management team and managers to transform the strategy and business plan into people activities and actions.
  • Support the organization through workforce planning and continuous monitoring of resource action plans to proactively manage the workforce.
  • Be a partner to business managers in talent- and succession planning, supporting your management team and managers to identify potential, prepare, and implement development plans.
  • Have regular contact with the union/work council and conduct negotiations, advising managers about questions related to collective labor law.
  • Ensure that tasks and processes are performed according to Group and local standards, laws, and regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics and business administration preferably combined with a human resources degree or equivalent.
  • Previous working experience as a senior HR Business partner in Financial Services / Technology / Management Consulting.
  • Proven record of being part of a senior management team.
  • Experience of being the HR leader of organizations with over 500 employees.
  • Strong influence skills in communication and change management.
  • Extensive experience in utilizing data to support business strategic choices and direction.
  • Strong business acumen and proven record of the ability to translate business strategy into organization development plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability in relationship management.
  • Excellent English skills, verbally and written.
