We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior HR Business Partner to join our global operations team in Stockholm, Sweden.

This role requires a collaborative and proactive individual with extensive experience in HR operations, who can translate business objectives into actionable people strategies. As a key member of our management team, you will drive strategic initiatives forward and foster a positive organizational culture.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning HR initiatives with business goals and ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our organizational strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership to provide expert advice and coaching on people matters, addressing current and future challenges effectively.
  • Leading performance development efforts, optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance productivity and drive business success.
  • Fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing the employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives and innovative HR practices.

About the Role:

You will be part of a global team collaborating closely with HR colleagues within Operations, based in Sweden, Brazil, and England. Together, we will leverage diverse perspectives and expertise to drive HR initiatives that transcend geographical boundaries and push Husqvarna Group towards success.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive HR experience in Operations, with a focus on sourcing, supply, and strategic level decision-making.
  • Familiarity with operational issues connected to legislation, trade compliance, and sustainability.
  • A proactive approach to staying informed about trends and emerging legislation, including initiatives.
