GALDERMA IS SEEKING A CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, resolving issues, and collaborating with clients to understand their business needs.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in key account management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing and strengthening client relationships. They will also possess strong project management skills, category management experience within consumer and FMCG, and a proven network of contacts within the industry.
This role involves working independently on complex projects, mentoring junior employees, and influencing stakeholders to adopt new practices. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for expanding the channel category, increasing the portfolio of Cetaphil within skincare, and implementing Key Account & Client Management Plans.
