The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Lifecycle Marketing team and help drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
In this role, you will design and execute marketing automation campaigns aimed at engaging and converting high-value accounts.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop personalized communication programs, leveraging user behavior data to create tailored engagement communications.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Mentimeter's enterprise growth, working at the intersection of product-led growth and account-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design automated communication programs aligned with our enterprise strategy.
- Develop and implement personalized campaigns and communication programs to engage and convert enterprise accounts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align account-based marketing initiatives and ensure consistent, personalized communication strategies across the user and customer journey.
- Leverage user behavior data to identify high-value touchpoints and create tailored engagement communications to drive customer journey conversions.
- Analyze campaign results and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
This role reports to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Requirements- You bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles, ideally within SaaS.
- You have expertise with marketing automation platforms, such as Braze. Experience with Hubspot or Iterable is also valuable.
- You excel in designing and optimizing campaigns and communication programs for enterprise accounts, with familiarity in lead nurturing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- You are data-driven, with strong skills in analyzing results, measuring campaign effectiveness, and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- A strong collaborator, you have proven experience working with sales and marketing teams to align automation strategies and enhance account journeys.
