Product Growth Strategist

As a Data/Product Analyst at Hormona, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to uncover actionable insights, optimize user acquisition and retention strategies, and model growth opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help create a seamless feedback loop that ensures our app continues to deliver exceptional value to millions of users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends, behaviors, and growth opportunities.
- Develop data models to forecast growth in both user acquisition and revenue, refining retention and conversion funnels through optimal user segmentation.
- Standardize and unify A/B testing methodologies across teams, ensuring reliable and actionable experiment results.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to validate hypotheses using methods like multivariable testing, providing insights into app performance and user engagement.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role in a product-driven or subscription-based business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or an equivalent field.
- Proficiency in data analysis platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehouses like Google BigQuery or similar.
- Expertise in data visualization, presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
