- Game Development: Work closely with other departments, such as production, art, and programming, to ensure that the game is developed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Player Experience: Ensure that the game provides an exceptional player experience, and that it meets the company's quality and player satisfaction standards.
- Culture and Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the studio, and encourage designers to take risks and try new things.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in game development, with at least 5 years in a design leadership role.
- Skills: Strong design skills, with a deep understanding of game design principles and practices. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as game design, computer science, or fine arts.
- Language: English (fluency required).
