The Role

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our strategy team in Stockholm. The main focus of our team is to explore and uncover our clients' untapped business potential by leveraging data and automation within sales and marketing. Furthermore, we advise and support our clients in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our clients in their digital transformation, and help them become customer-centric and future-proof their capabilities.
  • Clarify and find solutions to our clients' challenges and work closely with our clients and our team of mixed competences.
  • Develop and implement data-driven visions, strategies, and roadmaps for clients.
  • Build robust business cases for change and drive change and implement new ways of working.
  • Grow existing clients and contribute to new business sales.
  • Lead and mentor colleagues in different aspects of management consulting.
  • Lead and support in complex sales cases and proposals.
Requirements
  • Master of Science in economics & business administration, industrial economics & management.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven track record as a management consultant from a consulting agency.
  • Proven track record from projects related to marketing in combination with data, technology, and organizational change.
  • Experience from marketing and sales operations in midsize to large companies.
  • Excellent sales track record.
  • Experience from agile methods and project management of cross-functional teams.
  • Experience from and interest in projects relating to implementing martech, data, or analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of machine learning, algorithms, and AI.
  • Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedish.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Other languages are a plus.
