The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for defining and executing global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet commercial targets for our telecom operator clients. You will lead a team of account managers to ensure excellent client relationships and high-value pitches, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for telecom products and solutions, promote commercial excellence by implementing best practices across the community of Telecom Operator Account Managers, serve as an ambassador for the company at key industry events, and identify opportunities to support clients with new globally scaled solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet commercial targets.
  • Lead a team of account managers to ensure excellent client relationships and high-value pitches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for telecom products and solutions.
  • Promote commercial excellence by implementing best practices across the community of Telecom Operator Account Managers.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company at key industry events, including Mobile World Congress.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales role within the telecoms industry.
  2. Direct line management experience with a proven track record of driving team performance to meet and exceed company targets.
  3. Strong understanding of telecom operators' business models and data-driven decision-making processes.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
