European Business Planning Lead

As a European Business Planning Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the business planning process across Europe. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans that drive sales and revenue growth, while also ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business planning, with a proven track record of developing and executing business plans that drive results. They will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and developing effective solutions to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and VBA, and have a strong understanding of data warehouse systems.
About the Position:
The European Business Planning Lead will provide pro-active guidance to country and hub leadership on accomplishment of short & midterm aligned business plans through Risks & Opportunities management (on aggregated and disaggregated level) and strategical/tactical analytics (industry/sales/shares triangulations).
The role requires high analytical competence and rational, cross-functional thinking. The successful candidate will lead the Customer Level Planning process, ensuring that there is an aggregated view of the PBU MOR at Customer/Channel level supporting the ABP & AOP Processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.
- Use available tools to execute business plans and drive sales.
- Monitor and report on business performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business- and/or economics-related sciences or comparable qualification.
- 5 years business experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing business plans that drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and VBA.
