Technical Sales Specialist

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Sweden. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with engineers and technical teams at emerging brands and manufacturers across the Nordics, providing design-oriented solutions and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the semiconductor division
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to support sales efforts
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales role in the electronics industry
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Proven track record of success in demand creation and design win experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently as required
