Technical Sales Engineer - Semiconductor

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Sweden. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with engineers and technical teams at emerging brands and manufacturers across the Nordics, providing design-oriented solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the semiconductor division
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to support sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales role in the electronics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven track record of success in demand creation and design win experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently as required
