Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Service Partner to support our global clients in a professional B2B environment. As a Client Service Partner, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Manage client portfolios of domain names and digital assets to ensure their security and protection.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to domain names, DNS, digital certificates, and other technical matters.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Swedish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role or industry is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure.
