Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Support Expert to join our team in Stockholm. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across all channels, building strong relationships with our customers and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and personalized service to customers through various channels, including email, live chat, phone, and social media.
  2. Collaborate with our logistics team, 3PL, and carrier services to resolve customer-related issues efficiently.
  3. Share customer insights and escalate priority issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  4. Engage in sales activities and maintain follow-up communication to build customer relationships.
  5. Contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service within Ecommerce or Retail.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments and high ticket volumes.
  • Digitally savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of platforms like Zendesk and/or other e-commerce systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
