Job Description

The Launch Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of product launches and business processes across our international operations.

This strategic position bridges the gap between global processes and regional needs, ensuring that our clients' key product differentiators are delivered efficiently to customers.

The Launch Excellence Manager collaborates closely with various teams, including Sales Directors, marketing, and cross-functional managers, to deliver effective roll-out plans and continued in-field training where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute the adoption of client products across our international business.
  2. Work closely with Sales Directors, marketing, and other cross-functions to deliver effective roll-out plans and continued in-field training where needed.
  3. Translate in-depth technical knowledge into easy-to-understand instructions for use, promoting rapid adoption of products.
  4. Ensure client business processes are followed and adhered to, improving effectiveness and customer experience.
  5. Identify independent center needs regarding product launches and implementation of client products in clinical routines.
  6. Identify barriers to HFX Algorithm & HFX Cloud adoption in independent centers and drive initiatives to overcome them.
  7. Support in-field business relationships to aid uptake of client key products, such as procurement managers or buying groups, with technical information sheets.
  8. Collaborate with Global Strategic Marketing to define, track, and execute on key launch field metrics.
  9. Support the Global Strategic Marketing team and the regional Downstream MKT team with market and field insights to identify aspects of product development.
  10. Communicate and build rapport with customers, ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in work processes.
  11. Partner with thought leaders to anticipate future market environments and changes in economic climate, predicting/driving future needs for current and future customers.
  12. Support ongoing relationships between emerging markets before product licensing, deliver initial product training, and provide local teams with required information.
  13. Lead project teams and provide direction and guidance to execute strategic and tactical projects/initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have:

  3. Content management/knowledge management expertise.
  4. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  5. Process implementation knowledge.
  6. Ability to interact with and influence the field and leaders.
  7. Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  8. 5+ years of Medical Device Sales, Sales Training, or Product Specialist experience.
  9. Previous experience with training a medical device sales force.
  10. Prior experience leading and managing change efforts at field level.
