Managed Services Relationship Builder

We are hiring a Managed Services Relationship Builder to join our team at Dustin AB. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key customers.
Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, developing churn prevention strategies, and ensuring high-quality service experiences. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and serving as a trusted advisor to help them maximize the value of our services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for development and optimization, and implementing solutions to prevent churn
To excel in this position, you will require excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
