Responsibilities

The Partner Account and Partner Operations Manager Nordics will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing partnerships.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing partnerships, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools and technologies.
