ECAD/PLM Application Developer/Programmer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ECAD/PLM Application Developer/Programmer to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Engineering tools, including Siemens Teamcenter and Aucotec Engineering Base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and requirement definition to inform system development.
- Develop and maintain Teamcenter, including ITK Server side programming in C/C++ and client-side programming in Java, as well as XML for stylesheet definition.
- Develop and maintain Engineering Base by Macro programming in VBA or C#.
- Develop and test new code, troubleshoot existing code, and resolve issues reported by users or the development team.
- Integrate Engineering Base and Teamcenter with other systems, such as Excel, Visio, ABB document handling system ECM, and BIM applications.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the development team.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with at least three years of experience in programming.
- Proficiency in C/C++, C#, VBA, Java, and XML/XSLT programming.
- Knowledge of GIT (Azure DevOps) for code management.
- Strong leadership skills, creative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to resolve issues.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Deep knowledge of programming, application customizations, processes, and application usage in ECAD, PLM, and BIM systems.
- Fluency in English, with Swedish and other additional languages highly valued.
