About the OpportunityWe're Fortino Capital, a leading SaaS B2B workforce management solution designed to optimize workforce planning, time tracking, and compliance. With advanced functionality and a strong focus on employee engagement and productivity, our solution is a mission-critical tool for organizations across the Nordics.
We're seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth in Sweden, a market central to our expansion plans. You'll be building long-term relationships with some of the country's most respected companies, delivering value through our solution.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape how we approach new logos and wear multiple hats, contributing directly to sales strategies and playing an active part in driving commercial growth.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Drive growth in Sweden by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
You'll also play a key role in rebuilding our Swedish office, fostering a vibrant and collaborative culture that encourages teamwork and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience.
Strong lead generation and outreach skills, with the ability to proactively create opportunities.
A consultative and customer-first sales approach that ensures you consistently deliver value while building a predictable and confident sales pipeline.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders from analysts to the C-suite.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability: You're a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for success in this role.
