About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our People team, you will play a critical role in supporting our line managers and employees, focusing on development, retention, employability, and engagement.

As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with our international People team on global projects, providing valuable insights and support. You will also support managers from other countries who lead teams in Sweden, guiding them through our annual HR processes to ensure compliance and consistency across borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a strong employee experience
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide operational HR support and serve as the first point of contact for our Outsourced Payroll delivery
  • Proactively advise and support the People Country Lead on analyses and developments related to dismissal, absences, career management, and more
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the HR market
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects within the Corporate People team
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate and driven individual with a genuine interest in HR and People. As a team player, you will be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks, making decisions autonomously when needed.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English
  • You have experience working with HR systems and an interest in HR tech
  • You're proactive, customer-oriented, and innovative, with a constructive and critical approach to problem-solving
