People Business Partner

Within our People-team we are currently looking for a People Business Partner in Sweden for a 12-month maternity cover. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our line managers and employees, with a focus on development, retention, employability, and engagement. Additionally, you will work with our international People team on global projects, offering valuable insights and support.
Given our expanding international operations, you will also support managers from other countries who lead teams in Sweden. As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in guiding these international leaders through our annual HR processes, ensuring compliance and consistency across borders.
About the role
Your key responsibilities as a People Business Partner includes:
- Partnering with the business to attract, develop and retain talent, ensuring a strong employee experience
- Ensure a professional onboarding experience for all new employees
- Continuously evaluating and improving internal processes, tools, and systems
- Offering operational HR Support and being the first point of contact towards our Outsourced Payroll delivery
- Proactively advising and supporting the People Country Lead regarding analyses and developments in terms of dismissal, absences, career management, etc.
- Keeping up with trends and developments in the HR market
- Participating in and contributing to strategic HR projects within the Corporate People team
- You will be reporting to the Swedish People Country Lead.

- You are comfortable with working independently, as your closest colleague, the People Country Lead, also is having international responsibilities. You should feel confident in taking ownership of your tasks and making decisions autonomously.

- You are innovative and able to look at things from a constructive and critical point of view
- You are process-oriented, structured, and analytical
- You have experience from working in at least one HR System and have an interest in HR tech
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR
- You communicate fluently (also in writing) in Swedish and English
