Job Description:

We are seeking a senior strategic business leader to support a group of key accounts in the IFS One Europe & Latam team and the Global Aerospace & Defence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic new sales pursuits, growing existing complex engagements, and developing relationships within the broader defence supply chain community.

The primary focus will be on generating revenue from license and maintenance sales, executing the sales cycle, selling directly to executive-level decision-makers, and developing the territory by nurturing existing IFS business partnerships and new relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the Key Account Strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from customer engagement to owning the RFI/RFP process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery
  • Cultivate internal collaboration networks and secure appropriate support into the region
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience selling large complex business software
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales at C-level with clients > 1B revenue
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in fast-paced markets
  • Sales experience in the defence or government sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Aerospace & Defence Industry
  • Excellent oral and written business presentation skills
