Dedicated Marketing Technology Project Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Owner to join our team at Nordea Bank. As a key member of our Insights and Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
About the Role
- Define project scope, governance, goals, and deliverables for the development of existing marketing tools or support the requirement setting for new tools in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Support internal stakeholders in assessing, selecting, and implementing new technology solutions.
- Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders in GBCM, Nordea Finance, and other parts of Nordea, team members, vendors, and other external partners.
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure that milestones are met, and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experienced in independently driving technology projects with good knowledge of MarTech tools.
- Experience in actively leading digital transformation initiatives in large organisations.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders involved in application projects and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of the user perspective of the tools, as well as strong business acumen and understanding of the financial industry.
- Proven experience in managing projects in a complex environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
