User Acquisition Manager Position at Easybrain
This role involves developing and implementing strategies to acquire users for our iOS/Android games. As a key member of our user acquisition team, you will focus on running performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with designers to develop engaging content, and optimizing ad targeting to maximize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive results-oriented ad campaigns to enhance return on investment (ROI) by reducing cost per installation (CPI) and increasing lifetime value (LTV) or average revenue per user (ARPU);
- Utilize internal analytics tools to evaluate user quality and make data-driven decisions to improve user acquisition performance;
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and ad network partners;
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition;
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Mastery of Russian and English languages;
- Familiarity with TikTok and Pangle platforms is highly valued.
