The Creator Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the Creator Marketing Manager in expanding, nurturing, and enhancing a broad network of influencers representing our brand in Sweden. The primary objective of this position is to collaborate with the Creator Marketing Manager to implement the strategic vision for the program while actively participating in its development.

The marketing team is composed of dedicated units focusing on sports, culture, branding, and communications. Effective collaboration within the local department and with our headquarters is essential for success in this role.

This position reports directly to the Creator Marketing Manager of Red Bull Sweden.

Role Responsibilities

STRATEGIC ASSISTANCE

Your responsibilities will include supporting the Creator Marketing Manager in executing our strategy for engaging with Creators (Influencers) to effectively align with our overarching business goals. You will evaluate the success of our initiatives using KPIs that correspond to our business strategy.

ENHANCING THE PROGRAM

Additionally, your role involves defining and tailoring opportunities for our key Creators within the program. This includes crafting innovative and unique experiences to strengthen relationships. You will manage everything from brainstorming and execution to follow-up on these opportunities, which may range from event experiences to immersive trips that showcase the essence of Red Bull. Daily interactions with Creators and product seeding will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your efforts will focus on expanding and cultivating Red Bull Sweden's Creator network, recruiting both core and mainstream influencers, and fostering enduring partnerships that transcend traditional agreements.

UNDERSTANDING THE INFLUENCER LANDSCAPE

We expect you to stay informed about influencer trends and possess a comprehensive understanding of the influencer landscape in Sweden. You will monitor not only the Creators we currently collaborate with but also those we aspire to engage in the future. Staying updated on the latest social media platforms, effective content strategies, and identifying prominent Creators across various platforms is essential.

Qualifications

2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in Influencer Marketing, Digital Media, Marketing Project Management, or Business Development, ideally within the media, content, and communications sectors.

Strong understanding of both local and international digital and media landscapes, along with awareness of trends in social networks, influencers, and mobile applications/sites.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while building relationships with a diverse range of partners, stakeholders, and external contractors.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Solid grasp of content production, particularly in digital and social formats.

Highly sociable, optimistic, and open to innovation, with strong interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to be solution-oriented, especially in event settings.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
