About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Red Bull Sweden. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Creator Marketing Manager in developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of our influencer marketing strategy, including identifying and recruiting new influencers and managing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Creator Marketing Manager to set goals and objectives for the program and measure its success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the influencer landscape in Sweden, including trends, platforms, and key players.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment and coordination of influencer marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our influencers, ensuring they have a positive experience working with Red Bull Sweden.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of the local and international digital and media landscape, including trends among social networks, influencers, and mobile apps/sites.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
