Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our store team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and business development, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  3. Customer Experience: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  4. Business Development: Identify opportunities to enhance the shopping experience and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
