Responsibilities and Requirements

The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive trade marketing strategies across various channels, categories, customers, and brands. This includes collaborating with the Marketing Manager to translate brand strategies into comprehensive trade marketing plans, developing and executing omnichannel trade marketing strategies in partnership with the E-commerce team, and implementing tailored trade marketing plans for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive trade marketing plans.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel trade marketing strategies in partnership with the E-commerce team.
  • Implement tailored trade marketing plans for assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Define and oversee promotional activities for both online and offline channels.
  • Manage the execution of trade marketing initiatives, ensuring efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.
  • Experience in creation and follow-up of omnichannel trade plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus.
  • English language proficiency (other Nordic languages are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Creativity in developing promotional materials and trade initiatives.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of luxury brand standards and customer experience management.
